Yes. All users, including existing customers of Standard Chartered HK Credit Card, can receive the welcome offer after being successfully approved.
After successfully approved, you will receive the Q Credit Card welcome offer immediately, which can be checked in the "Rewards" at the upper right corner of the homepage; the "HKD 100 AlipayHK coupons" will not be received until the physical card is activated.
You can get up to 10X  AlipayHK eStamps every month if you use Q Credit Card for payment. Details can be found on the Q Credit Card page.

You cannot top up to your AlipayHK Balance using your Q Credit Card. However, you can top up by way of cash at the designated merchant stores, top up via bank account or online banking.
The general credit card transaction limit depends on the credit limit granted by Standard Chartered HK. As for other functions,  such as transfer or Lucky Money are subject to the transaction limits set by AlipayHK.

Yes. After successfully approved, payment can be made through AlipayHK immediately, without waiting to receive and activate the physical card; and the physical card can only be used after activation.
After successfully approved, the physical card will generally be received within 7 working days, and it can be used after activation.  Please tap "Q Credit Card" in the Menu Bar at the upper left corner of the AlipayHK homepage or in the application center, or enter through AlipayHK homepage banner. > enter the payment password > click "Credit Card Settings" > enable the physical credit card > then follow the page prompts to enter additional information.    
You can use AlipayHK to make repayments with your balance or bank account (credit cards are not supported), and you can check the repayment records  in real time. Standard Chartered HK takes 1 working day to process the relevant repayment, which can be checked on the Q Credit Card page later. In addition, existing users of Standard Chartered HK's integrated deposit account can also choose to make repayments through Standard Chartered HK Online Banking.
You can do card repayment,  block/unblock your card, activate physical card, view card details, transaction records , check rewards, report lost and support.

Once your Q Credit Card has been linked to your AlipayHK account, it cannot be changed to another AlipayHK account.
It will be automatically linked to the AlipayHK account after approval without manual linking.
If the credit card application has been approved, it will be notified via SMS/email/push notification. If all the application conditions are met, there is a chance of immediate approval, but the actual time still depends on the bank's approval process.
If you have successfully entered your phone number and one-time password (OTP) during application, you can tap on  "Q Credit Card" in the Menu Bar or the application center at any time, or the relevant banner to re-enter the application page, and continue the application after verifying the payment password.

It is required to submit Hong Kong Permanent Resident ID card only. Standard Chartered HK may also require the user to provide address proof and/or income proof.
  •  Hong Kong Permanent Resident 18 years old or above;
  • AlipayHK accounts that have completed “Intermediate”, “Advanced” or Live Selfie Authentication with a verified Hong Kong ID card. Unverified users can complete identity authentication before applying.
