How to help the homeless animals?
Collect virtual heart(s), tap on the "Donation" button available at the Homepage. Then you can choose donate to your favorite animal(s). The designated target of virtual hearts have been reached, AlipayHK will donate to relevant charity organizations.
Why are virtual hearts not available for collection upon completion of the walking mission？
Please go to ""Settings"" at the Homepage,
authorize the game to access your walking data and complete daily walking mission in order to collect virtual heart(s).
Will virtual heart(s) disappear if not collected？
Upon completion of the daily mission(s), virtual heart(s) will appear near George. Virtual heart(s) will only be valid for 72 hours. After 72 hours, virtual heart(s) will no longer be available for collection.
