    Merchant can submit application through AlipayHK’s website (At: https://s.alipay.hk/7MWapx). Upon receiving an application, our Merchants Service Team will assist with the approval process and provide personalized installation guidance if required.

    Generally, the following documents are required for the application process:
    • Company constitutional documents, for example, a valid Business Registration Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation
    • Bank account information, for example, copies of bank card / passbook and bank statements within the last 3 months
    • If the Company is an unlimited liability company, information about the legal representative(s) would be required
    • Depending on the type of commercial and/or legal set up of the merchant and other factors, more information would be required

    AlipayHK is able to integrate with the existing retail payment system of the merchant. The merchant service team can introduce you to the most suitable service provider to follow-up and provide flexible payment collection solutions merchants require.     AlipayHK provides flexible and convenient payment collection solutions in response to merchants’ needs:

If you are operating a physical store, and you need to install a payment collection system, or you wish to integrate AlipayHK with the physical store’s existing payment collection system, or you need to use a payment collection tool that supports multiple payment methods, please call our merchant service hotline at 852-22453201 to introduce the service provider for follow-up.
    3. If you are operating an online store, please call our merchant service hotline at 852-22453201 for follow-up.

    AlipayHK merchants can accept payment from both AlipayHK or Alipay.

    Once the application documents have been successfully approved, and the settlement amount accumulates to HKD 20, AlipayHK will settle the settlement amount to the merchant’s bank account registered with AlipayHK via AlipayHK’s partner bank(s) within one(1) working day. Due to the different processing time of each bank, the merchant will receive the settlement amount in approximately 2-3 working days.

    The transaction fee varies according to the needs of service. The physical store transaction fee can be as low as 0%, while online transaction fee depends on the required service.
