  • I want to find out about Account setup
  • Your mobile number has already been registered with AlipayHK Account
    If it is indicated to you that your mobile number has already been used to register for an AlipayHK Account, it may be due to the fact that you are using a recycled mobile number of a former user. For account security purposes, the same mobile number cannot be used to set up another new account until the existing account is de-registered. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.   • Unable to change mobile number
    Reasons for unable to change number: 1. The mobile number has been changed and cannot be verified; or 2.Your mobile number has been reused. For assistance, please call our customer service hotline: 852-22453201, service hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am-9:00 pm.
  • Changing mobile number
    Tap menu button at top left corner, then tap "Settings", then tap "Account", then tap "Mobile number", tap "Edit" and follow the instructions as prompted
  • Set / forget / change login password and payment password
    Login password is required for account login. Aside from that, the system will automatically ask for a payment password to be set. If you wish to reset the payment password, you can go to "Settings" - "Account Security" - "Password", and follow the instructions as prompted. Your new password will take effect as soon as the reset is successful. You need to enter a login password when registering an account, and the system will automatically request user to set a payment password accordingly. If you need to reset your password, please tap the menu button at the upper left corner, then tap "Settings", tap "Account Security", tap "Password", tap "Reset Payment Password / Reset Login Password", and then follow the instructions on the page. Friendly Reminder: The login password is different from payment password.
  • Password locked
    Tap the menu button at the upper left corner, then tap "Settings", tap "Account Security", tap "Password", tap "Reset Payment Password / Reset Login Password", and then follow the instructions on the page. Reminder: 1. If you do not want to reset password (for security reasons), please wait for 3 hours. The system will automatically unlock your original password. 2. The login password is different from payment password.
  • Difference between login password and payment password
    AlipayHK has two types of passwords - login password and payment password. Login password: For logging into your AlipayHK account; Payment password: For making payments, transfers and any changes to your funds and any changes to your account information etc.
  • No SMS verification code received
    Please check the mobile number you entered is correct and that it does not have any SMS blocking functions
  • Limitations to mobile number registration
    1. Each mobile number can only register once. 2. Mobile numbers starting with "4" can't be catered to yet.
  • Login via Alipay CN
    Alipay CN users can enter their account number and login password to log in to the account, fill in the Hong Kong mobile phone number after login, then activate to complete the registration.
  • Login via Taobao
    1. If your phone already has the Taobao app, please select "Log in with Taobao" and follow instructions as prompted. 2. If you do not already have Taobao app, please select "Other login methods" and enter your Taobao account details to login.
