By using a designated credit card linked to AlipayHK to complete payments at designated merchants, you can earn AlipayHK points (referred to as "A. Point"), credit card points, and merchant points simultaneously.

The rules and limits for earning credit card points and merchant points are subject to the respective terms and conditions of each program. Designated credit cards and merchants will be updated periodically.

A. Point expire every March, June, September, and December, depending on when they were earned. For example, if you earn 10,000 A. Point on 1 December 2025, those points will expire on 31 March 2026. For more details, refer to the table below. Expired A. Point will be forfeited and cannot be reissued.

You can use A. Point to enhance your shopping experience. At participating merchants, 1,000 A. Point equal HKD 1 to offset spending. When purchasing coupons, 100 A. Point equal HKD 1. You can also redeem A. Point for discount coupons in categories like shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel.

There are three main ways to earn A. Point:

i. Use designated payment methods with AlipayHK to earn 1 A. Point for every HKD 1 spent. Eligible payment methods include your AlipayHK balance, bank account, BOC Credit Card, SCB A. Point Card, Hang Seng Credit Card, and Libra Savings. Please note that there are limits on earning basic A. Point when using BOC Credit Cards, Standard Chartered Credit Cards (excluding the A. Point Card), Hang Seng Credit Cards, and UnionPay Credit Cards. For details, refer to the terms and conditions.

ii. Participate in special tasks introduced periodically to earn extra A. Point. Check the campaign page for the latest task details.

iii. Convert Citi Points to A. Point by linking your Citi Credit Card in the AlipayHK App. This process is subject to the terms and conditions of the "Citi Points to A. Point" program.

A. Point are calculated based on the actual payment amount. Any amounts deducted using consumption vouchers, merchant coupons, or platform discounts will not contribute to A. Point earnings. Additionally, transfers, remittances, installment payments, and deposits to Libra Savings are not eligible for earning A. Point.
